PETUNIA
Here’s PETUNIA on her mooring in Tenants Harbor, 2010. I’ve just completed a four year restoration and she looks pretty much as she did on her birthday in 1937.

ERICA racing on Eggemoggin Reach
It is with sadness that I report the passing of Doug Thompson. He built ERICA in 2005. Doug was never happier than when he was aboard his beloved ERICA. He was one of the kindest clients we ever dealt with, and I will remember him with great fondness.

- Wings of Grace off Newport
Billy Black sent me this photo of Wings of Grace–one of my masterpieces. Has
there ever been a yacht more gorgeous, or that sailed so well?

“Dear Chuck,
What a wonderful article in Yachting.
I just read your introduction in Yachting and both cried and laughed. Can’t wait for the book. Some years back, my wife and I talked with you about Meridian. We have always loved your designs.”
